First things first: We recommend that you always leave the grinder on your CUBE 4' on a medium setting. If you need to adjust it for a roast, only do so when the grinder is running! And only after 100 grinds at the factory setting.

To change the grind, grind as normal. As soon as the CUBE 4' starts grinding (listen to the sound), move the side control. If you move it to the left, the grind will be finer; if you move it to the right, the grind will be coarser.

We recommend a finer grind for light roasts and a coarser grind for dark roasts. Why? The finer the grind, the shorter the contact time between the water and the coffee powder. If the grind is too fine, your coffee will be bitter; if it is too coarse, it will be watery.
