How do I brew coffee with the CUBE 4'?

Of course, you don't have to use the ground coffee from the CUBE for brewing - you can also use the decaffeinated coffee for your mother-in-law. Just make sure you use the same quantities and fresh beans, preferably from your NIVONA dealer or local roastery.

Place the Click Cup with the ground coffee in the brewing position. Press the lever down until it engages. The Click Cup is now in the brewing position. Important: Don't forget the cup!

Set the amount of coffee using the - /+ buttons and the status LEDs.

You can set the temperature using the -/+ buttons of the status LEDs; to do this, press the temperature icon and then set the temperature using the buttons.

With your CUBE 4', you can directly influence the brewing process thanks to the Aroma Balance System. With three profiles (Dynamic, Constant, Intense), you can get exactly the flavour you want from each coffee bean to create your favourite coffee. Simply press the Aroma Profile icon and use the control buttons to select the profile you want.

Start the brewing process by pressing the cup icon (if the temperature or aroma profile icon is active, press the cup icon twice). Extraction is complete when all bars on the status LEDs are lit.
If the tank is empty during brewing, the cup icon and the blue on/off button will flash alternately. Once the tank has been refilled, brewing can be resumed by pressing the cup icon or cancelled by pressing the on/off button.
To avoid permanent stains, the Click Cup should be rinsed with clean water after use and then wiped clean.

Remove the cup and push the lever of your CUBE 4' upwards again. Now you can easily remove the Click Cup.

Turn the Click Cup to remove the pomace.
