The 6 series features the Aroma Balance System – allowing you to directly influence the brewing process through three profiles. Every coffee bean contains over 800 different aromas, making coffee one of the most complex foods. With the Aroma Balance System, you have your own barista right in your kitchen. At the touch of a button, you decide: Should it be more like a filter coffee? Or an espresso like from a portafilter machine? The Aroma Balance System makes it possible.

MILK FOAM

A milk foam dream with a little knob

A cappuccino like a short trip to Italy: the manual EASY SPUMATORE makes it possible. The milk foam comes out wonderfully creamy and fine-pored directly from the spout. If you prefer oat milk or soy milk instead of cow's milk, make sure to use the barista edition. Then, all cow's milk alternatives can be used with NIVONA without any problems.
