Cookies

The internet pages sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g., shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, they are treated separately in this privacy policy.

5. Plugins and Tools

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the Google-operated site YouTube. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

If you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

The use of YouTube is based on your consent to marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can grant and revoke at any time via our consent management tool.

Further information on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps and to create directions, based on your consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can control and revoke at any time via our consent management tool. Google Maps is a map service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered in the route planner function, may be transmitted to Google in the USA. Your data is transferred to Google on the basis of a data protection agreement we have concluded with Google. In addition, Google has certified itself under the Transatlantic Data Privacy Framework, so it can be assumed that data processing is at a level equivalent to that in the EU.

When you visit a webpage of our internet presence that contains Google Maps and have consented to the use of Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection with Google's servers. The map content is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and integrated into the website by it. Therefore, we have no influence on the scope of the data collected by Google in this way. According to our knowledge, this includes at least the following data:

- Date and time of the visit to the respective webpage,
- Internet address or URL of the webpage accessed,
- IP address, (start) address entered as part of route planning.

We have no influence on the further processing and use of the data by Google and can therefore assume no responsibility for this. If you do not want Google Maps to collect, process, or use data about you via our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you cannot use the map display. For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Google, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Google Analytics

If you consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

To protect your data as much as possible, we only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization activated. This means that your IP address will generally be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

The transfer of your data to Google is based on a data protection agreement we have concluded with Google. In addition, Google has certified itself under the Transatlantic Data Privacy Framework, so it can be assumed that data processing is at a level equivalent to that in the EU.

Google uses the information collected from you to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to us as the website operator. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at the following link. The current link is https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

We would like to point out that on this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
